The Seychelles Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) Chairman Mr. Marco Francis has been designated by the Pan African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PACCI) to represent the African continent at the 15th International Summit on Transnational Crime taking place in Brussels from 16th to 19th October. Chairman Francis is an executive council member of PACCI.
Being a multi-dimensional platform, the Summit brings together the World’s Public and Private sectors, Governments, International Organizations, Civil Society and Businesses.Upon his transit in Addis Ababa, Mr. Francis participated in the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between PACCI and the Federation of the Gulf Corporation Council Chambers (FGCCC) on Monday 14th October. Representing the GCC countries at the MOU signing were the Secretary General of the GCC, the Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The MOU paves the way for the two groups to work together to provide the platform for trade and investment between Africa and the GCC countries.
